- Work with the Board of Trustees to develop the strategic plans further, in order to deliver the charity’s vision and purpose.

- Partner with, and motivate, a growth-oriented and experienced senior leadership and develop talent at all levels of the organisation to operationalise the ambitious strategy.

- Lead and inspire a broad range of stakeholders including Network Partners, volunteers, charities, donors, government and food industry partners – modelling the culture, values and behaviours that form the foundation of FareShare’s success.

- Act as an ambassador and champion for FareShare’s mission and further enhance the organisation’s reputation and role within the broader food waste reduction agenda both in the UK and beyond.
